How do you REALLY create a Leverage Income?

In today’s failing economy, many people are beginning to realize that they can’t count on the government or their 9 to 5 job any more for financial security.

The result is tens of thousands of people are getting involved in network marketing, MLM or direct sales.

But, once you are “in” how do you make a full time income?

The fact is most people fail because they do not treat it as a serious business. Their financial investment to get started is low and so is their commitment to succeed.

But, let’s say you are serious and you work hard, how do you make it?

I believe there is only one way to make this happen…and it is to develop a team of solid leaders that will be with you for the long haul.

Your first step is to take responsibility and to develop yourself as a leader then search for other who want what you want and will stay the course.

Leaders = Leveraged Income

I don’t care what business you are in, your income will be a reflection of the leaders you have in your business. This can be a scary thought but with time and dedicate you can solve it.

Start thinking leadership development!

Let go of how much income you want to make and shift that to how many leaders you will need to create it. Then create your plan to develop your leaders.

It is important to know many people will express an interest; and a few will actually do what they say they are going to do. This OK if you expect it.

What Defines an Business Leader?

  1. They have a clear vision of what they intend to accomplish.
  2. They have created a project and a specific plan for its attainment.
  3. They are self-motivated by their vision and maintain their own enthusiasm, persistence, attitude, and most importantly, their actions.
  4. They produce their intended results.

Until you have someone who meets these four criteria, you do not have a leader.

You may have a nice person who works hard and wants very much to be successful. You may even have someone who will do everything you ask.

However, until they consistently produce from their own motivation, they cannot be counted on for leadership.

Focus on developing yourself as a powerful leader, then and only then will you attract powerful leaders to your organization.

Developing a Loyal Leadership Team

The community that you develop from the leaders to the brand new person must have a long-term vision, they must expect that the business will not be perfect and people will second-guess them. You must create a mindset of keeping the main thing the main thing.

Your team must focus on selling the product and sponsoring every month—no matter what. The key to accomplishing this lies with your leaders.

Leadership and relationships are the glue that holds the organization together.

So how do you earn and keep leader loyalty, and not die in the process?

Pay Per Click (PPC) Success Secrets to Create More Profits

What kind of solutions?

Health solutions, products, services and INCOME!

And make no mistake there is NO Recession online. There are a tons of people who are willing to spend their hard earned cash if it will solve a long-term problem.

People are not concerned about The economy they are concerned about Their Economy.

These proactive people are taking control of their financial future and looking for someone to help them.

Smart entrepreneurs (YOU) realize they can help people on a global basis and are creating global income streams by helping these people solve their problems.

Pay Per Click or PPC marketing is the best way to find and target these people. These are the ones who are looking for you! Google adwords is the best place for you to start.

Your Knowledge

You MUST know what you are doing with PPC or you will be severely handicapped. You will spend a ton of money and have nothing to show for it.

If you are in a network marketing company  do not use a replicated company website. Google hates these! Instead use a marketing system like the http://iMLMSecrets.com to learn how to create your own web sites. No technical HTML knowledge is required.

The Secret and Law of Attraction are good but at the end of the day, your knowledge, your skills are the things that will lead you to riches!

Remember this: Knowledge = Wealth!

Lose you ego! It is not about you. It is about them.

You must get into the mind of your prospect, draw out their pain and offer solutions that no one else can. You must position yourself as their solution provider.

Every network marketer would love to have the benefit of fresh quality leads every day. There is a good chance they will click on your ad and go to your Opt-in page.

While most people focus their efforts on a good click through rate CTR (Click Through Rate) of 2% or better. This is a big mistake!

The more advanced marketers will look at the CTR then take it a step further and look at the metrics of their opt-ins. A great goal here should be 5-20%.

Your goal is to build your list!

The Value of a Prospect

It is important that you understand that every subscriber has value. Initially that value might only be worth about $1 to you. As your skills improve this value will increase to $3 – $10 so you can see it is very important to constantly build your list.

The Courtship Begins

Once a prospect is on your list, your job is to Market to them. This is where the magic happens!

Remember, the prospect is walking around and checking you and your products or services out. In the same manner as you window shop, the prospect is there to see if they want to buy.

You MUST create compelling offers!

Your goal is to communicate with them in a way that makes them know you, like you and trust you.

You have to be real, entertaining, approachable, unique, personable and professional.

They will judge you and size you up pretty quickly to see if you are the type of person that the think can help them accomplish their goals and desires.

I recommend that you send your prospect one-email marketing message per day.

Our data shows that you have between 1 -7 days to capture their imagination and have them buy your products or join your business before they walk out of your store never to return again.

While there are occasions where a prospect will stay subscribed to your marketing messages for a year or longer, it is rare.

Remember your goal is to get in their head and solve their problems.

Once you master this skill you will be on your way to riches!

Remember Knowledge = Riches!

Social Media & Network Marketing Success: Sprint or Marathon?

One of the biggest challenges that we have in this industry is that too many people are told they can get rich very fast. You know, “If you get in the deal right now you will be rich in no time.”

I see it daily on Facebook and other social networks, “If you don’t get into this opportunity that you will be missing out!”

Novice networkers buy into the belief that they can make $200,000 a year and not do ANYTHING! My response is yea right!

Well, my friend, hopefully you don’t buy into that garbage.

It is well meaning people like that who give our industry a bad name. Too much hype is never attractive.

The truth is if you want to become a success in network marketing, online marketing and social media (or for any business really) it takes time and training.

It takes time to learn marketing skills.
It takes time to build relationships.
It takes time to develop as a leader.

What skills do you need to become a success in social media & network marketing?

The number one skill is marketing.

Interestingly, we are in the industry of network marketing but 99% of the distributors have not been trained how to market. What are they told? You guessed it. Go make a list of 100 friends and family members.

What a relief it is when you learn the skill of marketing and copy writing.

Next, having an automated online system for your marketing and sales funnel is critical for success. Ideally, the system should have pre-tested lead capture pages and prewritten auto-responder messages (these are basically prewritten emails).

Education is vitally important.

This system should train you and your team to become a successful online marketer. Learning how to market using twitter, facebook, YouTube, forums, articles and pay per click.

And lastly, and this is really important, is to have a coach and tribe (a group of peers) who will get down in the trenches with you and help you on your journey to success.

Constant And Never Ending Improvement

I know for me it wasn’t always easy learning all this new stuff. In fact, more times than I would like to admit I felt like I was sinking in the education quicksand. It was a new language. I felt frustrated at times because I spent so much time learning and my business wasn’t growing.

Here’s what I have learned. See if this makes sense to you.

No skills create desperation.

Skills create confidence.

In the end, we must take responsibility for the growth of our business and our income. We must learn the proper way to promote and market our business and ourselves. We must learn proper etiquette as we join social networks. And we must be patient with our growth process.

Developing a six or seven figure does not happen overnight. It can take years.

One of my mentors once told me, Terry, your business and your income will grow as fast as you do. I didnt really understand it at the time but now it makes so much sense.

My recommendation to you is simply this enjoy your journey. Know that where you are right now is perfect.

Remember, you control where you spend your time. Will it be the TV or a book? Will it be a day at the beach or a day at a seminar? Will it be a new toy for yourself or a new Webinar?

And get this my friend. Your lifestyle right now, like it or not, is a reflection of the choices you have been making.

If that makes you uncomfortable good. Maybe the time has come to makes some shifts in your life. Perhaps the time has come for you to get comfortable being uncomfortable. Personal growth and skill set development is not always easy.

When training for a 26.2 mile marathon its called hitting the wall. Everything in you says stop. You second-guess yourself and you REALLY want to quit.

You have to learn to push yourself physically and mentally. It is the only way you will cross the finish line and feel the glory of accomplishing your goal.

You can do this business and become a success. How do I know that?

It is easy; you are still reading this and you know deep inside that you can. Sometimes it is just that you are not sure if you want to work that hard because the payout is not guaranteed.

This business wasn’t always easy for me. All I can tell you is learning all those skills (and I continue to learn new skills) has changed my life more than I could have ever dreamed. And the same can and will be true for you if you persist and have a vision for success..

I’m 53 years old now. I started running marathons because someone told me that between ages 50 and 60 is when your body declines the most but, if you are in good or better health during that time that you will actually extend your life by 20 + years.

For me that was a no brainer. I’m willing to do the work and I know my desired outcome.

You must know your desired out come for your business. If you don’t, please figure that out right away!
